Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or engraved items unless they arrive damaged or with an error caused by our team. This includes misspellings, incorrect dates, or design mistakes that were approved by the customer during the order process.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an engraving mistake made by us, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. Replacements will be shipped using the same or a comparable method to the original order. If you prefer not to receive a replacement, we can issue a refund for the affected item only.

We strongly encourage placing orders ahead of time, especially for gifts or events, as we are unable to expedite replacements or offer full refunds due to last-minute delivery issues caused by product defects or engraving errors.

Returns and Exchanges (Non-Personalized Items Only):
We accept returns or exchanges on non-customized products.
• Contact us within 5 days of delivery
• Return the item within 10 days of delivery

Order Cancellations:
Since each order is made just for you, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled. However, feel free to contact us with any concerns—we’re happy to help!
